Why cold pressed juice is better than ordinary fresh squeezed?+-
We make our juices using a hydraulic press, which means that our bottles of juice can be kept in a sealed, refrigerated container, without preservatives, for 3 - 5 days with little loss of nutrients and taste. This is in contrast to “fresh” juices made on centrifugal juicers at home. The blade inside a centrifugal juicer spins at a high speed adding heat and air to the process, which lead to loss of all the nutrients we are looking for.
